Batemans Bay Natural Physique Competition — Capital Coast 2026 Contest Report

The Batemans Bay natural physique competition on 30 May delivered one of the strongest Capital Coast showings to date, with athletes from across the NSW South Coast and beyond bringing depth, energy, and athleticism to the stage. This event also arrives during an exciting shift for the sport, with the community now moving into the newly launched Natural Bodysport League (NBSL) era. While Capital Coast followed the familiar contest format athletes know, the momentum toward the updated identity and season direction was unmistakable.

Overall Winner & New Pro: Riley Breust

Riley was one of the defining athletes of the entire Batemans Bay natural physique competition. His physique carried excellent muscle separation, dominant structure, and a combination of height and width that made him stand out in every lineup. His Rookie win and eventual Overall victory earned him well‑deserved Pro status.
