Enter the Transformation Discipline or the Inspiration Showcase. This form covers both pathways — simply choose your category below. Transformation is a non‑competitive, achievement‑based Discipline with an entry fee of $75. Inspiration Showcase is free.
You’ll begin by providing your basic details and a before photo. From there, select either:
- Transformation — choose your weight‑loss Class (Under 10kg, 10–20kg, or 20kg+), tell us when your transformation began, and include your coach or trainer if you have one.
- Inspiration Showcase — share your story so our MC can present it on stage during your walk.
Both pathways celebrate real change and the courage it takes to step on stage. Transformation athletes will complete the Transformation posing sequence and receive their Achievement Medal on stage. Inspiration Showcase athletes will have their story narrated live as they walk the stage.
Entries are generally non‑refundable, but we will always consider exceptional circumstances with compassion.
